Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are the best way to get the day and time you want. Call us to book. Walk-ins are welcome for nail trims, and we fit in other walk-ins when we can.
What breeds and sizes do you groom?
All of them, from toy breeds to big dogs, and every coat type in between.
What comes with a full groom?
A bath, brush-out, haircut or trim, ear cleaning and nail trim, finished with a bandana or bow.
How long will my dog be with you?
Usually 2–4 hours, depending on size, coat condition and the service.
Can I book just a bath or a nail trim?
Yes. Baths, nail trims, ear cleaning and brush-outs are all available on their own.
How often should my dog be groomed?
Every 4–8 weeks suits most dogs. Longer or curly coats that mat easily do best toward the shorter end.
What shampoos do you use?
Gentle, pet-safe shampoos and conditioners. Hypoallergenic and medicated options are available. Just ask when you book.
My dog is nervous, old or has special needs. Can you help?
Yes. We take our time with anxious, senior and special-needs dogs. Tell us about them when you call so we can plan the visit.
How should I get my dog ready?
Give them a bathroom break before you arrive, and let us know about any health issues, sore spots or behavior we should know about.
